Otto's Sales Person Position

Otto's Ottawa is currently seeking a creative, savvy, outgoing and energetic sales consultant.

We are looking for a creative automotive sales consultant who will be responsible for adding value to all sales processes, achieving vehicle sales targets and profit objectives, while ensuring that customers are treated in a style that maintains Otto's position as a leader in the provision of luxury automobiles.


Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Consistently meets or exceeds the goal of satisfying the luxury individual mobility needs of our Clients
• Proactively works with Sales Managers to deploy action plans to immediately correct performance in order to consistently meet and exceed sales goals; attends    and actively participates in all sales meetings
• Consistently assists each Client with selecting a vehicle by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses, and matching their expectations with our    vehicles by fully explaining product performance, application, benefits, and optional equipment
• Offers test drives to all Clients; strictly follows Company sales process
• Knows, understands, and strictly follows all Company and OMVIC regulations
• Consistently ensures that the Sales Manager has the opportunity to meet each client
• Ensures that all closed deals are forwarded to the Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I Manager), along with properly completed paperwork, such as, but not    limited to, insurance information and ownership and all other required documentation
• Consistently follows up on all post-delivery items, such as, but not limited to "due bills" and special requests, to ensure that we continue to meet or exceed Client    expectations
• Consistently remains engaged with management, fellow team members, and processes, to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external Clients
• Adheres to the Company requirements for fully and effectively utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool; maintains a Client follow up system    that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to Client satisfaction


Expectations for this position:

• Experience with one-eighty an asset
• Valid driver's license
• Professional personal appearance
• OMVIC license required
• 2 years automotive sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate self-assurance, self-confidence and a strong desire to work in a demanding atmosphere
• Strong aptitude for logical thinking, detailed problem solving skills
